so i was working on my landscape instead of my math HW and i got really into it but its hella late and this is were i finished for the day....still needs work but maybe before i get any further maybe u guys could comment on it and see if i could improve on it in some awesome way....

Mission 4 - ROCK ON

This week, we will do rock textures. Find reference, copy reference, post results. I recommend using a crapload of different brushes.

Landscape Update

Here it is. Used a lot of foliage brushes. Did a lot more layer work with filters and layer modes. Let me know what you think.

instead of doing one landscape i did the thumbs for concept design for my cave landscape....gonna pick one out and flesh it out...maybe u guys could suggest one that works and maybe give some advice on how to improve it....

WIP Pillar Country Update

Worked on it in class today. Franky had a good point about taking out the other pillar to frame the city better. I'm liking it a lot. Just need to find out how to occupy the foreground space with some sort of subject. Tried out a river. Didn't work out so well. Suggestions HIGHLY welcome~

Mission 3

This week's mission is to do a landscape painting. Has to be someplace on Earth. Use reference. No characters must be in it. You may have a city in it.

WIP Pillar Country

Didn't get to doing the mission. I admit that I have failed to uphold all that I swore to do. Instead I attempted a landscape. It's still very rough.

ok ok....if that was to hard then lets do 2 of them for 20-25mins a day....thats 40-50min a day...they are due at 12pm now because its almost 11 and i havent even started and im about to eat something and watch a movie hahaha...see you on Thursday and Saturday wink wink hahaha

so what i was thinking of doing this week was doing 3 yes 3 speed paintings a DAY....each is going to be 30min long. so be ready to take an hour and half out of your busy schedule to do this. take 3 random pictures from google or what ever u want and paint the shit of it...make sure you post them before 11pm every day...Monday will be the last day and we will start on a new project next Tuesday...good luck

Just like how Thomas made us paint Master Works and copy them, I feel that we should copy a piece to the best of our ability. It can be anything. A character or landscape.
